The two hours before this mostly about performance and promotion, radio and whatever else it becomes. So radio can play a free CD. Do performers welcome fan video. Is funded video available? How to promote it? Case study around Black Tabs from Austin, Texas. So far we know they prefer vinyl to CD. Why? ( Not the tech future expected btw) Possibly someone from label present but other guests welcome, performers and presenters.
Also role of print in promotion. Can social media be effective on a smaller budget? How to combine? Promo of #tags in print. Probable speaker but no confirmed time.
Community Radio Regional Conference in cinema ends about 4 so soon after this some may join. So scope can shift to organisation level, not just operations. Not sure how much open discussion is possible on current issues but may include digital disruption, end of FM etc. Meanwhile a visit to Seale Hayne is planned to propose they change to cope with vinyl.
